School of Pharmacy provides the personal attention of a small program backed by the resources and opportunities of a large university - the best of both worlds.  As part of the Bouvé College of Health Sciences (which also houses the schools of health science and nursing) the School of Pharmacy embraces an interdisciplinary emphasis that reflects today’s team approach to health care.  State-of-the-art labs, high tech classrooms, and affiliations with more than 120 teaching sites, provide our students with the required tools for innovative and interactive learning.  The School of Pharmacy offers the Doctor of Pharmacy degree, joint PharmD/MPH degree, and bachelors, masters and PhD degrees in the pharmaceutical sciences.

 The school continues to stand out with respect to academic quality, experiential education and use-inspired research.  The school currently ranks first in National Institute of Health funding among private schools of pharmacy in the United States, and its faculty are recognized on both national and international stages.  Research areas include drug discovery and delivery, nanotechnology and biotechnology, community health research, cancer research and neurodegenerative disease research.
